Sleep and Eye Health
Blue Light Effect: Blue light emitted from screens, especially in the evening, can suppress melatonin production and disrupt sleep patterns.
Dark Theme Advantage: Dark theme significantly reduces blue-light emission, helping children sleep better.
Recommendation: We recommend switching to dark theme 1-2 hours before bed or limiting your child's device use.
